VICTORY'S WELLNESS REVOLUTION

SCROLL DOWN

At Victory Home Remodeling, we’re not just about transforming homes—

we’re about transforming lives.

That’s why we’re launching our inaugural leadership health and wellness initiative, powered by Whoop.

This isn’t about pushing you to perform harder (though, let’s be honest, that’s a sweet bonus). It’s about caring for you—the real, gritty, determined human behind the hammer and hustle. Our executive team lives and breathes health because we know it’s the foundation of a good life, and we want that for every single person on our Victory team.

The Whoop band isn’t just a gadget; it’s a wake-up call to your own well-being. Strap it on, and suddenly you’re aware—of your sleep, your strain, your recovery. That awareness? It’s the spark. You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. Just knowing where you stand—how your body’s holding up, how your mind’s vibing—starts the shift. We’re not here to turn you into a machine. We’re here because we care about you in and outside of work and we know that a mentally and physically healthy you is a better you. Get ready to feel the hype—this is Victory stepping up for your health, one beat at a time.

No Time for Sideline Watching. Get in the Game.

LEARN THE BASCICS

01

STRAIN

WHAT IT MEANS
Strain measures your cardiovascular load—how hard your body’s working daily. Scores range from 0-21, with higher numbers showing bigger exertion (think: crushing a workout vs. chilling on the couch).

HOW TO USE IT
Check your Strain in the app to see how yesterday’s grind stacks up. Aim for balance—push when you’re green, ease off when you’re tapped. The app’s Strain Coach suggests daily targets based on your recovery.

02

SLEEP

WHAT IT MEANS
Sleep tracks your shut-eye quality—duration, stages (REM, deep), and efficiency. It’s your nightly reset score.

HOW TO USE IT
Review your Sleep Performance % (actual sleep vs. need). Hit the hay earlier or tweak your wind-down if you’re short. The app’s Sleep Coach nudges you toward better

RECOVERY

WHAT IT MEANS

Recovery tells you how ready your body is to tackle the day, based on heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep. Green (67-100%), Yellow (34-66%), Red (0-33%).

HOW TO USE IT
Wake up, check your color. Green? Go big. Red? Take it easy. Pair it with Strain to plan your day like a champ.
